Change of Mind Returns

Products purchased from rumtree.com.au come with a 10 day satisfaction guarantee. If the item you ordered is not in new condition or as described, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding all shipping costs) within 10 days from the date of purchase. Change of mind orders can be exchanged for a new colour, all shiping costs at buyers expense.

All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a $10.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without original swing tags, missing bag componentry, removed or damaged external original packaging.

We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

The 10 Days Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to bulk or wholesale orders.

Warranty Based Returns

When You Receive Your Order

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact Rumtree and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.
